LET'S WELD
A high quality welder is used to weld your piece together using a jump ring. I also put a protective piece of leather between you and the jewellery. Once this is done you are ready to enjoy your timeless piece of jewellery that is unique and meaningful to you.

WHAT IS PERMANENT JEWELLERY?
Permanent jewellery is a new trend to the UK. It is delicate chain that is welded closed instead of using a clasp, creating a beautiful seamless piece of jewellery.
IS PERMANENT JEWELLERY SAFE?
Yes! Permanent jewellery is welded closed onto you, not onto your skin. We use a professional jewellery welder and a protective piece of leather is placed between your skin and the jewellery to ensure a safe experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Anyone with a pacemaker fitted should not get permanent jewellery.
WILL MY PERMANENT JEWELLERY SET OFF AIRPORT SECURITY ALARMS?
The materials used for permanent jewellery are not magnetic, therefore they will not set off alarms at airport security.
CAN I REMOVE MY PERMANENT JEWELLERY?
If you need to remove your permanent jewellery for any reason you can snip it off with a pair of scissors. Try to do this on the jump ring and it can then be re-welded onto you.
DO I NEED TO REMOVE MY PERMANENT JEWELLERY FOR AN MRI SCAN?
Some medical professionals require all jewellery to be removed before an MRI scan. If you have to remove your permanent jewellery, cut it with some scissors at the jump ring and we can re-weld it for you after your scan.
CAN I RETURN MY PERMANENT JEWELLERY?
Due to the bespoke nature of permanent jewellery using custom fit chains, we do not offer refunds.
If you lose your jewellery we cannot offer a refund.
If you break your chain at the weld point within the first week we offer a re-weld free of charge.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR PERMANENT JEWELLERY?
There is no minimum age for permanent jewellery, however we ask for children under 16 years of age to be accompanied by an adult.
We do recommend that school policies are referred to regarding jewellery. Clasps can be added to make them removable for school.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY PERMANENT JEWELLERY?
To maintain your permanent jewellery we recommend you clean it from time to time to removed any build-up. We will give you an aftercare card and free polish cloth to help keep it looking its best.
