As part of your purchase, all permanent jewellery pieces come with a 30 day jump ring re-weld guarantee from the

date of purchase.

 

 

If the item has broken and is outside the 30 days, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

 

Completed purchases serve as confirmation that the weld site has been checked thoroughly and approved. The

purchaser is satisfied with the integrity of the chain and weld or weld sites. Final sales acknowledge the purchaser is fully responsible for after care and condition.

Refunds on Permanent Jewellery

Once you have selected your permanent jewellery piece, and it has been cut, sales are final.

If any goods are faulty, we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, we are not required to

provide a refund if you change your mind, or lose your jewellery.

​

 

When removing your permanent jewellery please cut the area it was welded. General household scissors / nail

clippers can be used to remove your jewellery alternately pop in to the studio and we can remove the item for you.

Should you need to remove the item for a medical procedure, bring it back into store afterwards and claim your

free of charge re-weld.
